  Steps to install 
  Steps to install the game:
  1- Open the first DVD with power ISO and open the file ( GTAIV/ Read me.text )
  2- Ignore the 9th and 10th step of the installation.
  3- download crack and patch from http://www.kat.ph/gta-iv-patch-1-0-3-0-working-crack-t5217370.html
  4- Copy the crack to the installation folder ex. C/Program Files/Rock star Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
  4- Install the patch , after that when u want to play , just go to the installation folder and click on Launch GTAIV.
  There u go Folks , problems have been solved.
